About Me

Education & Credentials

I hold a Master Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University (2022). Before entering into graduate school, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Gettysburg University (2020). My intensive psychological background have not only depended my understanding of human behavior, but also shaped the foundation of my therapeutic approach.

My post-graduate experience includes working in a school-based mental health clinic and a community mental health clinic where I worked with clients from elementary to college and their families. I have worked with clients with a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidality, self-harming behaviors, adjustment issues, disruptive behavior, and more.

I'm especially drawn to working with teens and young adults because this stage of life can be both exciting and destabilizing. You're expected to make big decisions while still figuring yourself out. Therapy can be a space to slow down, think clearly, and feel more steady in the middle of change.

Therapeutic Approach

I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), all within a strong relational and person-centered foundation. In other words, our work is thoughtfully tailored to you.

I’m interested in the full complexity of your inner world, including your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and the different parts of you that show up, especially during stress or transition. At the same time, I don’t believe insight alone is enough. Understanding yourself matters, but so does feeling equipped.

Alongside reflection, I offer practical, research-backed tools to support emotional regulation, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build a steadier sense of self.

Most importantly, therapy with me is collaborative. We’ll set meaningful goals together, and you’ll be an active participant in the process. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you understand yourself more deeply while supporting real, sustainable change that aligns with your values.

Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy with me is a space to slow down and make sense of what feels overwhelming.

In our sessions, we gently explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that show up — especially during seasons of transition. We pay attention to the different parts of you that emerge under stress, while also building practical tools to help you feel more steady in everyday life.

Some sessions may feel reflective and insight-oriented; others may focus on learning specific skills to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, or shift unhelpful thought patterns. Over time, the goal is not just symptom relief, but a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and connection to yourself.

Parent Counseling

In parent counseling sessions, I offer a space to explore the challenges, uncertainties, and emotional ups and downs that come with raising a teen.

We’ll focus on understanding your teen’s inner world, identifying patterns that contribute to tension, and discovering strategies that support healthy communication and connection. These sessions are collaborative — together, we’ll work on practical tools and reflective approaches that fit your family’s needs.

My goal is to help you feel more confident and steady as you navigate this stage of growth.
I work with teens and young adults navigating the uncertainty and emotional ups and downs that come with growing up and life transitions. Whether it’s feeling stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming, managing the pressure to have it all figured out, or coping with the quiet anxiety that comes with change, my goal is to provide a space where you can explore these experiences with compassion and clarity.

My Values

Presence

I pay attention to what’s happening beneath the surface — the anxious thoughts, shifting identities, and unspoken worries. Therapy is a space where you can slow down and notice what’s really going on inside.

Depth & Understanding

I’m interested in the full complexity of your inner world — your thoughts, emotions, and the different parts of yourself that show up under stress. Insight matters, but feeling understood matters even more.

Collaboration

You’re the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you — reflecting, supporting, and helping you make sense of your experiences. Together, we set goals that feel meaningful and achievable.

Growth Through Change

Transitions can feel unsettling, but they’re also opportunities for insight and resilience. I help you navigate uncertainty with clarity, compassion, and practical tools to move forward.

Practical Tools for Real Life

Understanding yourself is important, but so is applying that understanding. I offer research-backed strategies to help with emotional regulation, self-reflection, and navigating anxiety and uncertainty in everyday life.

Questions & Answers

What is therapy with you like?

Therapy is a space to slow down, notice what’s really going on, and explore what’s beneath the anxiety or stress. Sessions are collaborative — sometimes reflective, sometimes skill-focused — and tailored to your needs. You'll be supported in understanding yourself and moving forward with clarity.

How long are sessions, and what happens in them?

Sessions are typically 45-minutes. We’ll explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also practicing practical strategies for coping with anxiety, navigating transitions, and building self-understanding. The pace and focus always reflect what’s most useful for you (or your teen) in the moment.

What if I’m nervous or unsure about starting therapy?

Feeling nervous is completely normal. You don’t need to prepare answers or know exactly what to say. Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s on your mind in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
